The order of work
This is an order, not a schedule. No week counts appear below, because institutional review time, room availability, and recruitment are outside this project’s control and a date here would be a promise nobody has made.
2. FACULTY CO-PI

Until a UAH faculty member agrees to be co-PI, there is nobody who can submit an IRB application, reserve a room, or open a participant pool. Every node below waits on this single conversation.
3. KUALI SUBMISSION

UAH IRB submissions are made through Kuali Build. Nothing has been entered there, and a non-UAH investigator may not be able to submit at all — that is itself an open decision.
4. IRB DETERMINATION

The investigator proposes a review category; the IRB decides it. There is no determination of any kind and no protocol number.
5. OSF

The preregistration is a frozen internal draft. It is copy-ready, and it has not been filed. There is no registration and no DOI.
6. ROOM / STORAGE / EQUIPMENT

A room with at least 10 m of clear floor diameter must be booked and measured, university-managed encrypted storage designated, and equipment confirmed. None of the three has been done.
