A directional question

This is a research program built around one falsifiable question: can a condition-blinded person report the direction of an unseen observer more accurately than chance allows? The protocol, the controls, and the statistical analysis were designed and frozen before any human session, and the software that would run the session has been validated against synthetic data.

The work is maintained in a version-controlled research record. The analysis is frozen, every public scientific statement on this site traces back to that record, and changes to it are auditable. The program is now seeking faculty collaboration and institutional review — that, not more software, is the current phase.

Declared position

The study originator is also a proponent of the hypothesis. That is a disclosable fact rather than a resolved one: how it is managed is a decision for an institutional review board, and it is recorded as open in the research record.

Language discipline

The protocol makes no mechanism claim. It does not invoke a physical carrier, does not invoke quantum field theory, and does not treat any later result as proof of a named process. A positive result would establish directional information in reported bearings; what carries that information is a separate question, investigated afterward rather than assumed here.
